about transformers 2: revenge of the fallen?

ok this is just a simple (or nonsense xD) question about the movie transformers 2: revenge of the fallen..
you see, the autobots need optimus PRIME alive.. to kill fallen, which is also a PRIME.. and in the movie.. optimus is killed by megatron.
My question is, is megatron a PRIME? because he was able to kill optimus which is a PRIME..xD
ok we all know that optimus is the living prime left.. because, fallen is considered dead.. but since the decepticons revived fallen, there should be now 2 living primes on the movie.. I must agree that primes are just on the autobot culture.. but, fallen is a traitor.. and his status as a prime does not change..xD

He didn’t say ONLY A PRIME CAN DEFEAT A PRIME. If it did say so, Autobots are pretty overpowered. That also means that a million bot army will NEVER defeat a prime. It says that prime can be be defeated by almost anyone, except the fallen, just takes more effort than a normal autobot.
guess you found a glitch in the movies script there.

He is the leader of the decepticons, so in return he is very powerful. Primes are only in the Autobots culture, and Optimus Prime is the only Prime left.
