Out of all the Gundam series, Wing is very, very low on my list. I even ranked Seed over Wing, only because Seed was a re-write of the original Mobile Suit Gundam. Wing was a Gundam series intended to draw in a female audience, which brought on yaoi and bish fans. Which hard core Gundam fans didn’t like.
So no, you’re not alone. I share the same like of Gundam X which is under rated as far as Gundam series go.
