Trowa is an unemotional, one-dimensional character whose existence is justified only by two things: fighting, and logic. Furthermore, Catherine adopted Trowa as a brother-figure. Despite Japan’s odd thing for "not-a-BLOOD-relative" incestuous relationships, such undertones were not even hinted at, in Gundam Wing, and thus, no kids outside of some people’s horrible fanfiction that makes you want to bleach your eyes, as if you’d just watched one of those web videos designed solely to make you hurl.
Besides which, Gundam Wing was too busy prattling about nonsense politics that have no founding in any kind of world, real or imagined, to actually pursue romantic angles between any of the characters.
In the series Catherine say she see’s Trowa as a brother. And even in Endless Waltz there is no suggestion they have any kids.
