Decepticons vs. Autobots?

If I am running for president and my friend is Iron Man and he wants to kill me but I had my female bodyguards seduce him and take him to a hotel in Japan where they turned into lizards and tried to eat him, and he called on Optimus Prime to kill them, but I got the decepticons, Davy Jones, the Flying Dutchman, Jack Sparrow, Superman, Batman, Spiderman, and all of the Spiderman villains, and he got the Avengers, the Autobots, and the Kracken, who would win? Keep in mind that the controls to the Kracken are on the Flying Dutchman, which I have.

First, I don’t think Tony would ever actually kill someone. But if it came to that I think You would win. Bat and Supes make a great team by themselves, things always work out for Jack and all the spidey villains and Spidey on the same side? No question about it!
While I would hope the good guys wins, I have to ask what caused this nightmare to begin with, so I can avoid it myself.

1) It’s Kraken. Not "Kracken".
2) Forget it. That battle would simply not work.

well it sounds like you have more power on your team (although jack sparrow seems to be more of a hindrance)
