Do I need to read the other IDW Transformers books before starting All Hail Megatron?

I’m really excited about the All Hail Megatron series and want to start it, but do I need to read the other IDW books (Infiltration, Escelation, Devestation, the spotlights, etc.) or is AHM more of a stand alone alternate series?
