for all who know wat a gundam wing is?

i need to find a program that will allow for me to do CG so that i can create my own gundam modile as a format design for real life then i need to find a program that will allow for a person to create an operating system to run the entire gundam that includes mobility, fighting capability, targeting, and pretty much any other operation needed to make it work

your closest bet would be macromedia studio (the flash studio portion), it won’t let you create an operating system (at least not in the way I understand what an operating system is) but you will be able to control everything you draw for your gundam character.
