Gundam vs. Transformer who would win? thoughts?

I just saw that in Tokyo for the 30th ann. of mobile suit gundam they made a 6oft gundam statue, and with the new Transformers movie coming out it came to mind to ask the question who would win. So tell me what you think.

pssssssh Gundam of course. Not to be mean or anything, but the transformers are basically alien robot cars. GUNDAMS have MOBILE SUITS =D

Gundam would wipe the floor with Transformers. Seriously, Strike Freedom and 00-Riser alone could probably solo the entire Transformer universe.
Gundams, obviously.
Ever heard of a little thing called Turn A Gundam?

Gundams would make mincemeat outta Transformers.
Have you people even heard of Unicron? He’s the size of a planet and he’s fuck!ng powerful. I’m not to sure how he’ll fare against the WD-M01 Turn A Gundam though. It’s too overpowered with its "Moonlight Butterfly" system. The Turn A Gundam basically destroyed all technology on Earth.
If the Transformers continuity your talking about would be the live-action movies, Turn A would own everyone on the planet.
It depends. heres why:
Ironhide would MOP THE FREAKIN FLOOR with the shining/Buster gundams for example, but would be obliterated by the Strike Freedom or Impulse.
Also, we have to consider numbers. Some gundams and usually transformers work better in teams and just suck alone.
Example: A lone ZAFT jinn is pretty pathetic, but in a fireteam, can really be a problem.
Also we have to consider "Who’s" By that I mean Who is the Transformer/Pilot? Here Are two Examples.
-Ironside or most of the decepticons would destroy most conventional gundams while non combat Transformers such as Ratchet or Jazz may not Fare as well.
-Additionally, If Kira Yamato, Athrun Zala, or any other Mega-Ace Pilots were piloting a weaker gundam such as a lone Zaku or maybe even the Shining Gundam, They would stand a chance.
Overall however, I think that Gundam Beam Swords and lasers would ultimately emerge victorious because of overall Tech. weapon superiority(i’m sure a Beam laser is hotter than a Saboe Round from a Grenade launcher). Also, Many Gundams have transformation capabilities of their own too.
Gundams would beat Transformers, no contest. Transformers tend too fight hand to hand and the weapons they have aren’t that great. Gundams are ment to be killing machines and they have better weapons.
But who makes a better live action movie? That goes to Transformers.
transformers came to earth and replicated our machinery so why can’t they replicate the gundams. most likely a tie

Gundam have beam weaponry and I know transformers do as well but gundam is known to use beam weaponry to many kinds of varients from rifles, cannons, and etc.
It would be a good fight though
