How is Megatron back to life in the new Transformers?

As i was watching the new commerical for the new Transformers Megatron was back to life and i was wondering how he is back after the all spark to the chest would have killed him so i was just wondering how he is back.

He is built back together with parts from Decepticons who were killed in the first movie. In the trailer for Revenge of the Fallen you can see the newly put back together Megatron rising from the bottom of the ocean.
watch the ending of the first one while the credits are rolling
the contructicons come to the bottom of the ocean and repair him in revenge of the fallen. he is more powerful because he has some of the allspark still left in him
