Is it just me or in Transformers 2, did they shrink Megatron or make Optimus bigger?

I think Megatron was a bit taller than Prime in the first movie. But, in RotF, he’s been rebuilt and reformatted, so his size may have changed. He’s also a lot bulkier than his first movie self.
So yeah, I think he’s a big smaller, but chunkier. Prime has stayed the same, but become a piss load more badass.
