Wing Gundam have a cannon as poweful as Galvatron’s, and you know what Galvatron did to Starscream in the first Transformers movie.
On the other hand, Starscream probably can make short work on many of the lesser Gundams, like for example the originial RX-78-2 Gundam and the GP-01.

That depends on the Gundam pilot.
I like Starscream more (from the original Transformers cartoon series). He had a Null Ray and Cluster Bombs that could do a LOT of damage.
Okay, a gundam would never beat a transformer, even Bumblebee. A transformer is a sentient being with knowledge of its own capabilities and like humans can push beyond those when it is necessary. A gundam is limited by its pilot and type. It just will never have be on the same level as a transformer. Starscream would destroy the gundam.
