Did they ever made a Megatron figure in his helicopter mode (other than his Cybertronian Fusion Jet Fighter mode) as a Deluxe or Voyager figurine?

Hi. No. The Earth-mode Megatron (Attack Helicopter) that was in the TF Animated toyline is released as a leader class figure. The Cybertron-jet mode Megatron was released as a voyager class figure and a deluxe class was then released as part of a two-pack figure with a battle damaged Earth-mode Optimus Prime.
In my opinion, the voyager class Megatron has the best appearance for both the robot and alternate mode. However, because it was only released as a voyager class figure, the scale was way off and needless to say, even more so for the deluxe class. On the other hand, the leader class Megatron is the best choice for a Megatron in your collection scale-wise. Unfortunately, it’s Earth-mode appearance for the robot and alt-modes are not as attractive as the Cybertron-mode.
