Transformers 2: Who is the blue autobot seen at the end of the movie?

At the end of the movie; Jetfire is defeated. He then tells Optimus Prime to use his parts and he’ll be stronger than ever before. At that point, an autobot with blue paint basically disassembles jetfire and rebuilds Optimus with an electric charge. Who is this autobot? We don’t see him all movie. It isn’t one of autobots we’re introduced to during the movie. Is it Bluestreak by any chance? We never actually hear him speak (i don’t think).

the blue transformer is jolt. the motorcycles are’nt new in the transformers mythos tho they are RC and her sisters.
I think his name is Jolt-he’s new, like the motorcycles. He came when Optimus sent out that message to space.

They say that the bule autobot was a character created by Bay named stinger. Actually it appeared in a scene before he disassembled jetfire and rebuild Optimus. You can actually see a glimpse of him on the nest base when they dropped of the then dead Optimus Prime.
He was with ratchet and iron hide, while they were confronted by the US army, iron hide threatening to fire, pointing his gun at them. You can see stinger at that scene with the electric thing on his hands.
