What is everything I need to know about Gundam Wing?

I’m trying to impress a fan of the series. What were sad scenes? Who died? Romance? Plot twist? My friend hates Relena. Why should anyone dislike Relena? Can you summarize the series for me?

Everyone’s opinions are incredibly different about what’s sad and things like that. You’re not really going to impress much if they ask a question you don’t know the answer to when it’s not explained in whatever puny summary someone gives you, the plot is too complex for that. Gundam Wing happens to be one of my most favorite shows, and it’s an injustice to the series to want to impress someone who happens to like the show when you can’t even watch it yourself. Save yourself the embarrassment and either watch it or don’t bother.
